Jeroen De Ruddere: In 2019, the FL4 Family marked my entry into the world of contemporary lighting design.
Not simply as a series of floor lamps, but as a study in proportion. A rethinking of what a lamp and shade could be. Their sculptural silhouettes introduced a quiet kind of presence, where simplicity gains weight and form becomes emotion.

From that point on, my work unfolded into a recognisable design language.
I began exploring the tension between materials: the grounded warmth of wood, the delicacy of refined fabrics, the architectural clarity that emerges when both meet. This dialogue shaped my signature - lighting objects that feel intuitive, tactile and timeless.
